The author may deliver the notification to the clients via email or other reliable means at the address the latter provides.

Other

The use of the products is governed in all respects by the laws of the Russian Federation. You agree that jurisdiction and place in any legal proceedings directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with the purchase of products (including, but not limited to the purchase of the author's products) shall be in the state courts located in the Russian Federation. Any cause of action or claim in relation to the PRODUCTS (including but not limited to the purchase of the author's products) must be commenced within one (1) month after the claim or basis for such action arises. The author's refusal to insist on or enforce strict compliance with any provision of these terms and conditions should not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. The author may transfer his rights and obligations under this Agreement to any party at any time without prior notice.

Product use

You may not distribute, publish, any product content that is defamatory, defamatory, obscene, threatening, privacy or legal, offensive or illegal, and that may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that may otherwise lead to to account or violate any law.
